VIE – Asset Servicing Controller recruitment
Description
Within OSSM department (Operational Support and Service Management), the Asset Servicing Control team is in charge transversally of the monitoring of funds cash and stock positions in order to ensure the quality of the economic front office position.
The team has daily interactions with fund managers, the different Middle Offices of our provider State Street Bank and other control teams of OSSM
You will report to the Asset Servicing Manager, your main responsibilities will be :
- Level 1 control on the FO position
- Investigation and analysis of FO position breaks
- Daily monitoring of cash discrepancy analysis performed by our Middle Office
- Daily monitoring of derivative position / margin movements performed by our Middle Office
- Level 2 control on Asset Servicing activities
- Ad-Hoc queries / issues / reporting
What sort of profile are we looking for ?
- Excellent business knowledge covering the Front to Back Office trade life cycle within a leading Asset Mgmt firm
- Very good skills in VBA/Excel
- Knowledge of FO application
- General understanding of basic derivatives
