VIP Support Analyst (IT) – 40-50K+ Benefits

A Tier 1 Global Hedgefund is looking to hire a VIP Support Analyst to provide IT Support for senior managers across the organisation. The role involves resolving VIP IT problems both remotely and on site, providing a high level of customer service and guidance to users. Co-ordination of software/hardware roll outs and aspects of Project management are another dimensional of the role.

Experience in a VIP IT Support function, 2nd line/Desktop will be vital, preferably in a financial environment eg Asset Management/Investment Banking. An understanding of both Hardware and Software is necessary for example Desktop Applications, Sharepoint and Market Data.

While technical proficiency is extremely important, as this is a VIP support role, equally as vital is a strong customer focused approach and relationship management skills. Flexibility with working hours and both the ability to work remotely (for example Events and Conferences) and onsite is essential, with this come the opportunity to travel globally providing IT Support.
