VIP Support Executive, Private Investment, Singapore recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide all levels of IT support, including frontline application support, meeting room and Video Conferencing setups through to performing Active Directory and Exchange Administration
- Be able to provide solutions to all types of technology issues
- Handle helpdesk calls as well as adhoc upgrade projects
- Providing frontline support to senior members of the company
- Perform adhoc roles as per requirements of senior members of the company
In order to be successful at this role, you must have experience in most of the following:
- 8+ years of experience in performing VIP Desktop Support in a financial services environment
- Experience in supporting Bloomberg / Reuters, MS Exchange Server, IP telephony, Video Conferencing technologies, Helpdesk System, Windows 2003/2008 environment, Blackberry Enterprise Server and deployment of Client upgrades
- Ability to translate complex issues into a language end users can understand
- Must have good communication skills
