Virtual Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Part- time, Virtual Administrative Assistant opportunity with a self employeed client. This is a home based opportunity! Essential Functions 1. Schedules meetings and makes travel arrangements. 2. Handles, composes routes and files correspondence, expense reports and records including those of a confidential nature; screens visitors and telephone calls; schedules appointments and keeps calendars for executives. 3. Prepares and types letters, memorandums, administrative/financial reports, documents and other material as directed. 5. Interfaces, assists and acts as liaison between Administration and other departments. Supervisory Relationship Reports directly to Owner and provides administrative support for the Owner. Position Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience: 5 plus years of Administrative support roles
