VMA Case Manager

Manage the VMA product and portfolio of existing and prospect clients. Develop effective relationships with both internal and external clients and prospects. The VMA Case manager has a small support organization that includes the administrative support group. The position requires regular interaction with the Account Consultants, Business Development, Vehicle Maintenance Operations from management to call agents, and Warranty Services organizations to support these organizations requirements relative to the client policy and procedures. The position will require effective interaction with mid - level management personnel both internal and external, and business related travel approximately 5% to 10% of the time. Provide recommendations for the growth of the VMA product that address changes in Motor Company technologies and client expectations for management of fleet vehicle maintenance. Develop effective relationships with the client's fleet management contacts. Develop client confidence that will increase the Case team's flexibility to make decisions on the client's behalf. Work effectively with Business Activation, Account Consultants, and VMA operations contact center. Develop an understanding of client/prospect expectations of the VMA product to promote successful activation and management of client policy. Develop a strong relationship with the entire VMA organization to support communication of changes in motor company technology and client policies.

Requirements:

Qualifications
Must be fluent in French
High School Diploma, with a Bachelors Degree preferred
Strong working knowledge of the VMA product
At least 3 years related business experience
Effective and innovative problem solving skills
Excellent presentation skills
Project management experience
Demonstrated ability to develop and analyze performance data
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface with senior leaders and clients
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel 5 to 10 % of the time
Strong computer skills
Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience
