VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SUPERVISOR
Family Services of Western PA (FSWP) is seeking a dedicated person to provide vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities in a day program setting. The incumbent will develop and monitor the service plan for each assigned individual, support and monitor the progress and desired outcome of their goals, maintain liaison with representatives from sponsoring agencies, coordinate additional services if needed, and provide training and supervision to program staff. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field. At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in social services with supervisory skills.
