My client a tier 1 Investment Bank based in Hong Kong requires a voice engineer to join their expanding global team. The voice engineer will be responsible for operations of network infrastructure used to deliver all voice related bundles.
The voice engineer will act as a technical expert and liaise with the implementation and engineering team members. The candidate will be expected to provide levels 1, 2 3 major incident supports, to deal with post incident and problem management and also maintaining voice/data communications systems.
The successful voice engineer should have excellent skills in voice technologies and networking with good knowledge of voice networking theories and practical applications. It is important that the successful voice engineer have good working knowledge in Avaya, ITS trading system or Nice Recorder (knowledge on NICE Perform will be added advantage)
Given that the successful candidate will be dealing closely with senior users, good communication and interpersonal skills are required with good command of English Language and Cantonese being essential.
