A leading provider of IT and infrastructure services to the hedge fund sector in London's West End is looking for a Voice engineer / voice specialist with Avaya experience to join their team. You will use your knowledge and experience of Avaya products such as; Aura, Avaya Communications Manager, Avaya Voicemail and IP Office to provide on-site project work and client support from the West End offices.
My client is the leader in the field of hedge fund IT and infrastructure services and is expanding rapidly and more and more hedge funds sign up for their world class services including; outsourced IT, infrastructure, project management, communications, private cloud and business resilience.
As a Voice engineer / voice specialist - Avaya, IP Office, Aura, Avaya Communications Manager, Avaya Voicemail, Voicemail Pro. London £40-44k + bonus + benefits - your responsibilities will include:
* Deploy and upgrade Avaya voice solutions for new and existing clients
* Monitor voice performance and recommend solutions to improve performance
* Maintain voice production and disaster recovery environments
* Provider second line support to clients
* Participate in support and product team meeting
* Maintain a knowledge base of best practices and standards
To be considered for the role of Voice engineer / voice specialist - Avaya, IP Office, Aura, Avaya Communications Manager, Avaya Voicemail, Voicemail Pro - you must have the following skills and experience:
* Extensive Avaya product experience such as; Aura, Avaya Communications Manager, Avaya Voicemail and IP Office
* Experience in both client support and on-site project work
* Excellent communication skills
* Basic networking knowledge
* Basic Linux knowledge
* Basic windows knowledge
