Voice NOC Technician Job in Los Angeles 91411, California US
AireSpring, Inc. is a leading nationwide telecom provider which has an immediate opening in our Operations Department for a Voice NOC Technician.
This position provides support on LONG DISTANCE, LOCAL and DATA services, including interfacing with customers on service issues, opening, tracking and resolving trouble tickets and keeping customers updated.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with facilities based carriers such as Paetec, Global Crossing, Qwest, XO, Verizon, Level 3, etc., and will have a good grasp of the Provisioning process at the T1 and above level as well as experience troubleshooting VoIP products.

We are not looking for a Systems Administrator (IT) person or an installer/cabler. This is purely a Telecommunications Network Operations Center position.
REQUIREMENTS
- MUST HAVE CARRIER EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to interface effectively with facilities based carriers
- Several years experience working in the telecom industry
- Must possess good critical thinking skills
- Ability to be productive with a minimum of supervision
- Must be detail oriented
- Good command of general computer skills, Outlook, Word, Excel
