Voice Operations Specialist (Avaya)
This is a unique role with a Tier One Investment Bank to join the successful Voice Infrastructure team in Singapore. You will be responsible to manage key vendor relationships and provide strategic technical governance to the delivery team. Your role will be to provide support and design skills on the bank's voice infrastructure using Avaya, along with Nortel and Cisco. This is a pivotal role to help provide innovative business solutions and be the 'go to' Avaya product expert in Asia.
Candidate Requirements:
You should have extensive telephone technology experience including proven design and support on both Avaya and either Nortel or Cisco. You should display excellent voice infrastructure skills and have hands on design and planning of complex voice solutions. It is important that you have strong networking skills including LAN/WAN. Candidates must have experience in a banking environment where they have been involved in vendor management and have a solid understanding of Asia regulatory requirements. It would be highly desirable to have exposure to project management on telephony or voice projects in a banking environment.
