Voice Project Engineer recruitment
As a Voice Engineer, you will be involved in the support of the banks' voice infrastructure as well as ongoing project work. Working as part of a wider infrastructure team, you will also be responsible for managing vendors and working with other project managers and data network staff.
Job Description:
- Provide Avaya IPT project support across the Asia Pacific
- Responsible for solutions design based on business and project needs
- Working as part of a team to deliver support services and best practice to the voice infrastructure
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Avaya IPT
- Good knowledge of carrier products and circuit / trunk delivery
- Experience working in a rigiously governed environment
- Experience with Trader Voice Technologies - PBX is an advantage
Out of hours support is sometimes required depending on project requirements. Ideally you will have worked in a similar role before and will be familar with how voice operates in an investment banking / financial markets environment.
