Voice Project Manager – Consulting Firm, onsite to an Investment Bank recruitment

Responsibilities Requirements:

• Coordinate and support trading Voice hardware and software upgrades across 16 locations throughout AsiaPac

• Act as a single point of contact for assigned projects to ensure all infrastructure is deployed according to the standards

• Support and create project specific design documentation according to the gathered business requirements

• Support filling project specific configuration templates to ensure all information is available before performing installation tasks

• Provide and explain engineered deployment guidelines to the project technicians and ensure they adhere to it

• Gather feedback from projects in terms of engineered standards and documentation and work together with the engineering team to improve the solutions

• Communicate and stay in touch with the various deployment teams and provide engineering and technical support where required

• Self-coordinate activities and provide a transparent overview over performed and upcoming activities

• Provide regular feedback to the engineering team about ongoing/upcoming projects and their status and open tasks in terms of engineering

• Provide transparent feedback about the agreed effort for a project and the already used time to support it

• Create and publish standards documentation

• Create Tools and process controls around the environment

• Provide ad-hoc operational support, assist with BAU day-to-day processes and procedures as and when required

• Upgrade of APAC 16 locations of Alliance and system centers to IPC release 16. Pre cutover testing of CUCM QSIG trunks and CUCM gateways

• Remediation EOL Cisco switches, voice recording  across region

• IPC refresh (from Slimline to IQ/MAX)

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science

• IPC Technical Knowledge Expert
Strong knowledge in IPC Alliance, Dealerboards, QSIG, Cisco IPT, Cisco Layer 3 technology, Voice Recording

• Excellent written (PPT / Excel / Word) and verbal skills Strong

• SQL Databases Understanding

• Strong Project Management skills
