Voice Recording Specialist
Nice Voice Recording Integration Specialist required for my investment banking client based in London to be responsible for ensuring integration of the current voice recording platform into new e-discovery platform.
Candidates will be required to:
- Integrate the current voice recording platform in to a new e-discovery platform
- Define and Execute plan to reduce current TCO of Compliance Voice Recording, via sourcing opportunities and platform optimization
- Conduct market analysis of Compliance Voice Recording platforms as it relates to trader voice, Standard VOIP and Lync Voice.
Candidates require the following experience:
- Extensive Experience in Voice Networks
- Extensive Experience with Nice compliance recording
- Experience with Trader Voice Platforms
- Financial Services Experience essential as it relates to regulations around voice recording
- Knowledge of SIP networking
- Knowledge of Microsoft Lync 2010 (2013 Beneficial but not required)
- Product Management background beneficial
- Experience with Technology Assited Review toolings and techniques as it relates to Voice
- Experience interacting with C level management beneficial
