A tier 1 Investment Bank is searching for a voice support engineer to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong. As the voice support engineer you will be focusing on supporting the global team to handle all voice based issues.
As the voice support engineer you will be responsible for all level 1 2 technical support working side by side with the traders on the trading floor. The voice support engineer will also be responsible for the installation, design, maintenance of all voice solutions across multiple platforms.
In order for you to be successful you must have a good understanding of Avaya/ Cisco platforms and BT Trading systems with a minimum of 2 years work experience. Experience within the financial sector is not a must but would be highly beneficial towards your application.
