VoIP Engineer – Engineer Network 4
Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a VoIP Engineer / Network Engineer 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Chester, Virginia.
The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) Program, which is a 13 year, B program, responsible for providing end-to-end IT Infrastructure to the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Lead technical efforts in the implementation and support of VoIP systems
* Engineer solutions to resolve complex challenges pertaining to the operation of VoIP systems architecture
* Collaborate with Architecture and Design teams to advance operation improvement efforts
* Mentor and guide team members supporting VoIP and overall voice systems

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
* Bachelors degree
* Five years VoIP design, implementation and support
* Support experience with Unified Messaging
* Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
* Experience in the design and implementation of IP Call Center
