POSITION SUMMARY:
The candidate should drive continuous improvement and growth of the company through strong skills and experience in voice technologies; VoIP, SIP, H.323, QoS, CAC, IPCC, CUCM, Call Routing, Agent Skilling, Call Recording, Unified Voice Mail, and Call Center Usability. The candidate must be an excellent project manager to see projects through all stages, including defining, requirements, drafting and presenting technical proposals, deploying and maintaining the best solutions.
Qualified candidate must have significant Cisco experience along with related experience in using the industry standard technologies. The candidate should drive continuous improvement and growth of the company through strong skills and experience in data network technologies. The candidate must be an excellent project manager to see projects through all stages, including defining, requirements, drafting and presenting technical proposals, deploying and maintaining the best solutions. A strong commitment to operational excellence and teamwork will be required, as this individual will be in a strategic position to influence and lead change within the IT Organization. This position will require periodic participation in 24x7 on-call support rotation and off-hours maintenance work.
