The Client
An international bank with a mission to be a premier bank in the Asia Pacific region. They are expanding their network across the region, with exciting career development and opportunities within the group
The Position
- To originate, structure and implement structured finance solutions for commodity sector and/or trade related financing transaction.
- To provide structured finance product expertise to relationship managers of bank branches for the marketing of structured finance solutions to end customers.
- To conduct analysis on various commercial, financial, legal and tax implications of transactional structures.
- To assist on preparing credit applications and obtaining credit approval for transactions.
The Candidate
- At least 8 years working experience in an international banking environment
- At least 3 years working experience in a similar capacity
- Good understanding of structured finance and related risks
