VP – Front to Back Change recruitment

Reporting directly into the Global Head based out of London , your role will be to drive front to back initiatives with a focus on the Asia Pacific businesses. Your remit will be to set up and build the team ( it will likely grow to 4-5 people ) and the initial focus of the project will be driving solutions around trade capture , revenue flows from front to back and driving efficiencies around their IT architecture.  You will also need to manage stakeholder relationships across the region and head office

Experience required:

• At least 10 years  experience with proven front to back change/project/process experience

• Significant experience of working in Corporate or Investment Banking

• Proven capabilities in managing and developing teams

• Strong IT / IT Architecture experience
