VP – OTC Change Projects recruitment
Our client is a global player in the Banking and finance world and due to the ever changing regulatory environment they are looking for a proven projects manager who is able to run change initiatives covering trade settlement and booking reporting requirements in relation to the new industry reforms.
The projects will be large scale with full APAC coverage across front to back functions. Ability to take full ownership and be able to drive change across multiple business units to a high standard is critical.
Key responsibilities include:-
-Ensuring global consistency of project approach and deliverables.
-Timely planning, coordination and execution of a variety of projects within the OTC support functions.
-Managing budgets and resources efficiently and effectively.
-Stakeholder management both internally and externally across global locations and business units.
-Managing project risk issues proactively and monitoring and coordinating controls to minimise risks.
It is essential that you have a strong understanding of the OTC front to back trade processing model and are up to date with recent regulatory changes in this area around the new Dodd Frank legislation. You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in driving the full project life cycle on a regional level with high success in final execution.
A minimum of 8 years experience in Investment Banking operations with the previous 2 years focussing on project management and ideally also regulatory change is needed to be successful in your application.
