VP – Real Estate Acquisitions recruitment
Leading a team of analysts and associates, you will lead the deals team in analysing, screening and executing investment opportunities across the Real Estate sector regionally. Being a senior member of the team, you are expected to be able to originate to source for real estate deals in the region.
You will work closely with other teams and be involved in presentation of investment opportunities; participate in calls and visits with current and prospective investment managers; as well as participate in the development of the firm’s relative value assessment and definition of the regional investment strategy.
We are seeking a tertiary-qualified candidate with at least 7 years of relevant work experience in a real estate investment role with a leading player. You will have excellent analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills. Candidates with less than 7 years of experience will be considered for an analyst or associate role.
