VP – Regulatory Reporting Manager – Liquidity / COREP – Leading Investment Bank

Leading Investment Bank is looking to recruit an experienced Regulatory Reporting Manager from another leading Investment Bank. The role will include supervision and review of the work of team members in London and Off Shore.

The role entails management of daily and monthly capital and liquidity reporting. This will cover both current reporting processes and the implementation of new processes in respect of developments such as; COREP, Basel III and changes to Liquidity reporting

In addition to the responsibilities around reporting and MIS you will be expected to ensure the control environment is robust and that key control processes are performed and reviewed and resulting action taken where required.

Manage the on-going development of processes as new requirements that come in to place and assume responsibility for the production and review of monthly quarterly returns Implementation of changes under CRD IV

The Liquidity reporting is produced daily for internal monitoring purposes and submitted to FSA on a weekly basis. As the Regulatory Reporting Manager you will be involved in the daily production process supported by team members off shore.

The successful candidate will have a strong degree, qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CA) and a minimum of 5-10 of relevant experience within regulatory reporting processes.  Along with In depth investment banking product knowledge including front-to-back trade lifecycle knowledge

Strong knowledge of FSA GENPRU, BIPRU and SUP rules and PS09/16 Liquidity Reporting rules

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential along with the ability to lead a team and effectively communicate with other areas of the business. The role is extremely high profile and will provide access to senior member of the bank globally.
