VP – Retail and Channel (Retail Card Background) recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular portfolio performance analysis across customer base.
- Managing distribution channels for products and enhance sales channels productivity efficiency by providing strategic and operations support.
- Manage retention and develop anti-attrition/win back programs across all financial products/channels.
- Develop targeted offering for untapped customer profiles
- Initiate, plan implement marketing and sales campaigns to meet sales targets within the marketing budget.
- Ensure effective, branded marketing communication including company website, print communication and advertising and analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
- Develop business tracking reports for various channels and monitor competitor's activities in the market for continuous business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably with MBA in Finance.
- Minimum 6 year works experience in Retail Card business of which at least 2 years must be in cards portfolio role in a bank with regional presence
- Marketing and numbers orientated and familiar with data modeling tools, forecasting of portfolio indicators, product analysis and diagnostics.
- Proficient with the Excel software
