VP
Reporting to the Head, the VP is an integral member of the investment team providing high level support in the valuation, acquisition and management of assets within the business.
Together with junior members of your team, you will perform in-depth research and present potential investments; support deal execution encompassing financial analysis, due diligence, documentation and financing. You will also be a key member in supporting asset management functions for portfolio companies; as well as helping in the review of key portfolio companies from both a strategic and financial perspective.
We are seeking a qualified candidate with 3-7 years of Asia deal execution experience in an investment bank, private equity fund or corporates with a focus on investments in the power and infrastructure sector. You will have strong financial modelling skills, be excellent in marketing and valuation techniques. Candidates with the ability to speak a Southeast Asian language will have an added advantage
