The firm has a broad investment mandate and provides senior and subordinated debt for refinancings, growth capital, acquisitions, buyouts, and balance sheet recapitalizations.
Candidates must have 6 to 8 years of experience; with a minimum of 2 to 3 years in a principal credit role at a CLO, Private Debt Fund, BDC, Credit Fund or a leading middle market lender.
Candidates will have direct experience evaluating senior secured and mezzanine loans, and minority equity investments in the middle market companies.
Successful candidates must be team and results oriented; possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; work effectively and flexibly on several investments opportunities.
Superior academic achievement at a top tier undergraduate program is required. MBA and/or CFA is ideal.
