Vice President - Ratings Advisory
The Role
- Operating in the capacity of an in-house ratings expert, with the specific responsibility for doing ratings assessment for transactions being led by Structured Acquisiton Finance, Debt Capital Markets and Event Finance and the development of junior members of the team
- The role will involve ratings analysis and mentoring, supporting deal teams team with pitches, structuring, legal and due dilligence
- Deal management, financial modelling
- Establish a regular dialogue with three ratings agencies and keeping abreast with changes in methodologies
Candidates must be experienced ratings professionals with a thorough understanding of the ratings process and be at vice president level of experience (5 years+)
