VP
The role will report to the EMEA Head of Capital Management. The individual will be responsible for the day to day management of capital resources (predominantly in the UK entities), provision of associated capital analysis to the business, senior management and regulators.
Tasks include:
- Maintenance of capital plan model
- Execution of capital injection and restructuring
- Production of MIS
-Completion of all Treasury deliverables for Recovery and Resolution Planning
- Play substantial role in specific initiatives (restructures, reviews, capital market activity) to ensure all UK entities meet Basel III capital requirements
- Significantly enhance capital management processes across IB, Risk and Finance.
In order to qualify, you must possess the following:
Required:
Degree Level education at premier institution 2:1 or above
Experience in international banking environment (previous experience in a Treasury Capital team would be an advantage)
Good financial markets/products knowledge (particularly funding /capital)
Good knowledge of regulatory environment (CRDIV in particular)
Good analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task, drive execution and project management skills
Ability to influence senior management group
