Responsibilities:
- To ensure efficient and effective scope of operations are in place within SME Operations
- Ensure high quality results involving all types of SME products, including Mortgages, Lending, Investments at all times
- Streamline workflow and procedures by introducing automation process to be me readily and easily cope with changing expanding businesses
- Provide full operational support to various business initiatives with strong communication ties to business stakeholders
- Execution of strategies and policies as set defined by senior management of loan operational functions
Requirements:
- University Graduate in Finance or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience - at least 4 years in banking, operational role
- Expert in sound SME banking products
- Experienced in leading multiple teams with large headcounts
- Strong people mangement and problem solving skills
