They are currently looking to recruit a high calibre individual with a good understand of Operations and the landscape around key market initiatives to take a key role in the business.
This candidate needs to have a blend of skills – a strong working knowledge of cross-asset industry language, vendor systems/processes and have working knowledge of the product life cycle, as well as project management experience.
Role Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing Vendor BAU releases (LCH/DSMatch/MarkitWire etc) as well as managing various market Initiatives including, specific reporting, adhoc requests, and firm opinions on various topics. Managing other projects internally, for example Benchmark discontinuations, STP for confirmations issuance, etc).
• Represent the firm in industry calls, host internal calls etc.
• Manage and coordinate CCP Fire-Drills.
• Operational involvement SEF implementation and other RTR considerations for confirmations.
• Assist in multiple migrations when needed.
Candidate Profile / Ideal requirements
• Understand "big picture" product knowledge of a Bank’s structure and various functional areas along with their responsibilities.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills with an attention-to-detail focus.
• Be able to perform/coordinate testing E2E based upon requirements in addition to other project life cycle functions.
• Derivatives operations/MO experience highly desirable.
• Project management experience needed.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work to deadlines needed.
