VP / AD Level Generalist M&A – Leading Boutique Investment Bank recruitment
Having recently completed several senior hires across Director and MD level, our client is seeking to fill in gaps across the VP and AD level. The successful candidate/s will likely have trained within bulge bracket investment banks and be seeking a more entrepreneurial opportunity. You may also have already joined a boutique bank and be looking at a lateral move. A strong deal list and extensive execution experience is essential as well as demonstrating strong potential for progressing to Director and MD level over the coming years.
Our client has earned itself an exceptional reputation in executing public and private MA in Europe including dozens of high profile private equity related transactions. The firm has extensive relationships with big names within the European private equity space and they are active and highly experienced in several core sectors – industrials, Consumer, Retail, TMT, Healthcare, Energy Resources etc. This role/s is likely to be generalist in focus although someone who has until now specialised in a sector will also be considered. Key factors considered will be your MA execution experience and how strong the personality fit is. Although purely MA focused, it would be good if you can bring to the table prior experience of working on equity- and debt-financings.
Suitable candidates will have exceptional academic and professional credentials and must hold a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a top academic institution.
