VP Agriculture Listed Futures Execution & Clearing Sales / RM recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Support the expansion of the Agricultural Cleared derivatives market platform into the Americas
• Use existing relationships in the Agriculture sector to promote listed derivatives clearing services to current bank clients
• Expand the firm’s capabilities to service clients in Latin / South America
• Utilize strong knowledge of complex trading and hedging strategies to prepare and deliver compelling pitches and RFPs to targeted clients
• Ability to assess new markets/products and identify potential opportunities in existing portfolio
• Effectively cross sell bank products, liaising with Trade Finance, Loan Syndications, Hedging/Trading
Requirements:
• 10+ years sales and / or commodity brokerage experience with proficiency of listed futures products in the US and Globally
• Broad Agricultural / Soft commodity sector knowledge
• Prior Industry contacts within Grains especially helpful
• Excellent Origination and marketing skills
• Must have Credit Analysis Legal documentation negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
• Bachelor’s / Masters degree required
