VP APAC Payroll Manager $100- $125k recruitment

Our client is a leading Fund Manager and due to continued expansion across Asia they are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to cover the Regional Payroll processing for over 1000+staff.

Key responsibilities include:-

-Overseeing a small team of 2 staff to ensure accurate payroll processing across APAC.

-Establish performance metrics.

-Management of external vendors and ensure appropriate controls are in place to minimise errors.

-Manage audit and control functions in respect to payroll issues.

-Facilitate and implement ongoing changes to the Payroll system due to changes in regulatory standards and outsourcing models.

To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 8 years Payroll experience and have dealt with large volumes of processing across the APAC region. You will be able to relate to staff from a variety of different countries and cultures.

Knowledge of Oracle is also advantageous.
