The Company
This is one of the largest real estate investment house with an AUM of more than $5 billion. They have offices in key cities in Asia and are looking to expand their South East Asia coverage.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be managing their South East Asia portfolio which mainly comprises of office and retail real estate assets. You will be highly involved in asset enhancement initiatives and determining an appropriate tenancy mix, implementing effective marketing plans and expense control. You will also be engaging with service providers and maintaining relationships with their investors.
Your Profile
You have a solid 8 years of experience in Asset Management and have prior exposure to Pan-Asian Fund. You are hands-on and have good understanding of the real estate market in Asia. You have a strategic mindset and able to communicate with senior management and clients alike.
