VP – Bancassurance recruitment

Key Responsibilities:  

• Manage the day to day operation of the in-house bancassurance team

• Maintain existing bank partner relationships

• Support sales management initiatives and training where necessary

• Support business development and new partnership opportunities

• Adhere to internal guidelines


Key Requirements:                                         

• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience within the bank or insurance sector

• Strong people management skills

• Strong understanding of both insurance and banking operations

• Ability to manage up and encourage empowerment

• Strong consumer product knowledge is advantageous

• Fluent in Cantonese is essential
