VP – Business Analyst Finance Change – Global Regulatory / Basel II / Ledger Implementation recruitment
As the Business Analyst you will be the primary point of contact with the Finance business users and Finance Systems. This will entail driving forward and completing the detailed business requirements and impact assessments globally and delivery of ongoing project tasks. You will be responsible for the analysis, documentation and agreement of user requirements, running user workshops and participating in testing and have a strong background in Basel III liquidity requirements.
The function ensures that Finance projects are managed in a consistent manner. The area is typically responsible for business analysis, all areas of project management and providing strategic guidance for data, technology and business process related design.
Must posses a solid background within Liquidity, Regulatory Reporting Basel III change coming from a leading Investment Bank or Top tier Consultancy. Understand how the Basel III reporting items compare functionally to FINMA liquidity reports as well as the FSA’s EMR (Enhanced Mismatch Report) to produce clear documentation and communication of project analysis, requirements. Coordinate and hold user requirements gathering and process definition workshops with the business, Co-ordinate testing and working through issues with users and IT, Monitor, track issues, risks and dependencies on analysis and requirements work, Manage various regional Finance teams to deliver key phases of Global Finance driven projects and assist regional Finance teams in compiling project related information, offering guidance as needed.
