VP, Business Analytics recruitment

Due to business expansion, a well established bank is looking for a Senior Business Analytics candidate. This is a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic environment which offers competitive remuneration and excellent career prospects.

You will be responsible to provide insights to help drive the overall performance. Your key functions include conducting business portfolio analysis, providing MIS support and managing statistical models. You will assist in setting up of portfolio strategies, design and conduct campaign management, champion-challenger strategies across different phases of customer and product life cycle.

Furthermore you will be performing in-depth quantitative analysis for portfolio management and strategy development. In order to identify new opportunities and areas to focus in, you will need to conduct research studies and work with other business units to develop customer profiling, customer segmentation and business forecasting models.

To qualify, ideally you need to possess a degree in a relevant discipline i.e.  Mathematics/ Statistics/ Operational Research/ Economics/ Finance. You should have experience in  Marketing analytics or Credit experience for Consumer Lending Business as well as be familiar with SQL programming and SAS software . Candidates with knowledge of Retail Banking, Customer Relationship Management, Credit Card and Loan businesses and credit risk management will be preferred. You should posses the maturity to be a model leader and a prior management skill is advantageous. Additionally you should have the ability to converse read and write in Mandarin.
