We are seeking a high calibre candidate for our client who is a leading Retail Bank in Asia. This opportunity will drive overall consumer bank performance by conducting business portfolio analysis, providing MIS support and managing statistical models. In this role you will be responsible for setting up campaign management goals, overall campaign calendar and end to end campaign design process.
You will successfully manage the Analytics team in order to identify Sales Growth opportunities and develop strategies towards profitably. Perform advanced analytics across acquisition, portfolio and segmentation. You will possess strong leadership and people management skills. You will lead initiatives and mentor a team of analysts to provide business value and actionable insights.
To succeed in this role you will have at least 10 years of Marketing Analytics experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a leader in consumer Business Analytics for a global leading Bank . In addition to that, if you have experience in campaign management with good working knowledge of SAS/SQL softwares (EM, EG, Base) or Unica. You must have Singapore work experience in order to be considered for this role. Past experience in Business Analytics from a consulting background will be highly preferred.
