VP, Business Architect – Regional Banking recruitment

  • analyse and challenge the current banking operations processes and procedures, to re-design the process flows and associated organisation structure with the objective of improving efficiency and enhancing the operational risk management of the bank

    Requirements:

    • minimum 8 to 10 years of working experience gained within an international finance institution or consulting firms
    • good understanding and broad experience of a wide range of banking function from front, middle and back office for Retails, Corporate and Capital Markets
    • knowledge of stated business domain with proven track record of designing or implementing solutions in that domain
    • strong appreciation of high level business strategy and translates them into implementable projects
    • strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to interface effectively with senior business executives
