VP- Business Manger- Corporate Bank recruitment
A Global Investment and Corporate Bank with broad areas of financial services for institutions, corporations and high-net-worth individuals have a role for VP- Business Manager in the Corporate Banking Division. The role is to work with the respective South East Asia GCB bankers and APAC Regional GCB Business Manager on business planning, management and administration.
The role will include but definitely not be limited to:
- Interact with the GCB Singapore,Malaysia,Thailand,IndonesiaandVietnam bankers
- Ensure on Client account planning, coverage assignments, pipeline analysis, call tracking and banker scorecards.
- Interact with cross product partners in TSS, Markets, Credit, Finance, HR, Compliance and Strategy.
- Interact with GCB Middle office and COO office to deliver the GCB business agenda in each of the SEA countries.
- Strong Coordination with International Credit Product Management team to develop the NBIA for credit products primarily in SEA locations.
- Ensure budgeting, forecasting, revenue reconciliation, balance sheet request submission and reporting for the SEA GCB countries
- Prepare business presentations and strategic reviews related to credit asks, acquisition and significant organic growth opportunities.
- Ensure offsite planning and preparation, training and other initiatives designed to make the banker more effective/efficient
- Work closely with regional / global business management team in delivery of regional/ global deliverables.
In order to be successful in the role you will be an accounting degree holder or equivalent with strong knowledge of Finance and Operation. You must be a top level communicator with the ability to work autonomously. The ideal profile will be from Investment Banking or Corporate Banking with a minimum of 6-8 years experience and team leading role of 2 yrs in a Business Manager role. Good experience on MIS and Microsoft Office skills would be advantage.
