VP – Business Operations Change Management recruitment
Main Function
The successful candidate would be responsible for a wide range of activities ranging from process re-engineering, business requirements definition, project planning and management and business implementation. The key elements of the OTC Clearing book of work include:
*Continued implementation of target state Architecture to support the business growth
*Exchange/Clearing house led change
*New business initiatives
*Operational efficiency projects / process improvement
*Delivery required to conform to numerous changes in the regulatory landscape
*Cross OTC and futures projects to deliver one firm to clients and reduce duplication within the firm
Main Duties
*Liaison with compliance, business and operations to define and maintain the overall book of work for specific area of responsibility (i.e., Credit Clearing, Treasury Optimization)
*Delivery of the book of work (either through direct project management for specific projects or managing delivery through others)
*Management of resource conflicts across Operations as they impact the delivery of the project portfolio
*Ensuring appropriate engagement of line subject matter expertise in solution definition
*Ensuing that resource impact resulting from changes post go live have been understood and met
*Status reporting for the US book of work to cross functional stakeholders including the regional business heads, and working with regional counterparts to ensure globally coordinated program/prioritization
*Business analysis- requirements gathering and analysis using appropriate tools and techniques. Identifying and solving complex business facing problems and helping to drive the necessary resulting change
*Process Improvement and Control- partnering with functional groups to ensure the future state infrastructure improves the Operating environment
*Testing management- Functional, regression, UAT and dress rehearsal: supporting test strategy and execution
*Workshop facilitation
*Presentation- consolidate problem statements/solutions into a concise business case with clear identification of issues, required actions, costs and benefits
