Demonstrated success with analytical and problem solving skills: ability to logically identify process flows, missing elements, and design effective solutions. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work with all levels of personnel, particularly in a project/program environment. Ability to promote and achieve successful interaction with both users and IT professionals, bridging the gap between the two. Ability to facilitate operational design sessions while capturing process. Project leadership experience, including proficiency in planning, organizing and managing multiple tasks/priorities. Demonstrated success in planning and implementing change management.
