VP, Business Process & Service Transformation recruitment

Our client is a position envied by many in the financial services sector – they are financially stable and strong and is well recognized to be a serious player in most of the segments they have presence in and is also market leader for many of the products they offer.

Due to business requirements, they are now inviting a suitably qualified candidate to join them as VP, Business Process Service Transformation.

Reporting to the Business Head, the primary objective of the role is to improve customer service, enhance customer journey experience, increase productivity and raise efficiency through process re-engineering /or process re-design.

The VP of Business Process Service Transformation will lead, drive and manage inter-department cross-functional projects for a specific business line across all customer touch-points and channels.

The ideal candidate should be degree qualified with Six Sigma certification and at least 8 years of relevant experience in business process re-engineering in either banking / financial services /or services industry.

In order to excel in this role, you must have a strong customer service mindset and excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
