VP – Change Management recruitment
*Provide recommendations for preferred solutions, with consideration of associated risks, cost and timescales
*Development of the documentation of Business Operating Models, Business Requirements, Organizational Designs and Solution/Functional Designs
*Assist Business areas to understand their problems and subsequent requirements and solutions
*Facilitate the sign off/agreement of solutions and recommendation at Senior Manager and Executive level via presentations, one to ones or workshops
*Support/Manage the implementation of the required solutions
*Make recommendations to improve procedures and working practices
*PMP certification and/or Lean Sigma certification
*Large scale change management experience
*Experience of employing a broad and diverse range of business analysis best practices, disciplines, methodologies and tools
*Strong understanding of value-based management principles
*Exposure to governance, control and risk management
*Proven ability to effectively lead and work across teams at all levels
*Ability to negotiate/influence at senior level
*Investment Banking and Wealth Management Operations experience
*Experience in delivery of high-quality analysis through managing teams and developing capability within those teams
*Experience of employing a broad and diverse range of business analysis best practices, disciplines, methodologies and tools
*Ability to process map current procedures for systems and organizations
