VP Client Relationship Management recruitment
This Global Fund Services provider requires a Client Relationship Manager to enhance the profitability of the firms existing relationships by developing a better understanding of the clients needs. This will require the successful candidate who will have a strong background in Fund Accounting/Administration to meet regularly with existing clients and seek to deepen and enhance the relationships through a better understanding of their needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance relationships with a the companies existing client base
- Meet with clients regularly to understand their business needs and hence how the firm can seek to best address and service those needs
- Manage a small team of client service/relationship management professionals
- Go out on pitches with Sales teams in order to promote the businesses services and introduce the relationship management team
- Potentially sell new products to existing clients
- Seeking to enhance profitability of existing accounts
Requirements
- 8+ years in a Fund Accounting/Administration environment
- Excellent Communication skills in English and Putonghua
- Previous relationship management experience desired
- Confident and personable in approach in order to build strong relationships with clients
