This new opportunity within a leading Global Corporate Bank is due to their expansion in the APAC Region. They are seeking a talented leader to support their growth strategy and meet their clients growing demands across areas such as Payments/Wires, Trade and credit service, Bank Notes and Commercial Cards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for independently consulting between business partners and regional clients to ensure client requirements are fully met for services. You will have the opportunity to manage key regional client relationships to ensure expectations are exceeded and manage client retention. As an escalation point you will leverage resources from other functional areas to ensure an integrated and timely response. In addition to BAU, you would participate in client planning or projects to position and deliver the full range of client service channels as part of the overall client relationship.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- 6+ years managing a servicing relationships portfolio
- Experience working with top tier Corporate Banking / Treasury Services clients
- Excellent knowledge of Cash Management or Treasury products essential
- Highly motivated and able to work as an individual contributor
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team player
- University Degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English is essential
