Recent development has called for an experienced and high caliber candidate for the position of VP Client Services in their Corporate Trust team.
Job Description
- Assist Head of Client Services to manage and oversee operations and services of Corporate Trust and Loan Agency, Singapore
- Day to day account administration and client management as well as highlight and escalate any potential service delivery issues for existing transactions.
- Act as the point of contact for relevant stakeholders’ (clients, borrowers, lenders, issuers, noteholders etc) queries relating to CLIENT SERVICES issues/queries and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
- Managing operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting
- Develop administrative and operational procedures to ensure department's compliance with the bank’s policies procedures
- Maintain internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
- Liaising with regional and overseas offices with a view to ensuring maximum business potential
- Guide and motivate Client Services staff
The Successful Applicant
- University degree with extensive relevant corporate trust and/or loans experience
- Candidates with strong operational accounting experience in bonds, escrows, loan syndication, asset securitization structured products will be preferred
- Effective communication interpersonal skills
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to multi task and manage stakeholders.
