VP – COO/Business Management, Investment Bank recruitment
Working as part of a small COO team you will help support strategic growth, sales and business management by providing business analysis and project management support to our clients revenue generating functions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support management and implementation of strategic product growth and business change initiatives
- Develop framework to facilitate sales effectiveness
- Help coordinate and align business plans, strategies and priorities
- Coordinating between Sales and Ops, Valuations etc in the event of operational issues
- Improve sales performance, organisational effectiveness and resource efficiency by coordinating resources, providing the adequate business analysis and managing projects
- Coordinating between Sales persons, Credit and Legal (and occasionally clients) on credit/legal/documentation issues - ISDA, CSAs etc
- Work with businesses to define gaps and opportunities by providing sales performance, profitability and life cycle analysis
- Assist the Senior Management team in the planning and implementation of specific Front Office projects - Chairing of meetings, escalation management, ensuring of outcomes
- Leverage and coordinate best practices and knowledge transfer across the business
A graduate from a leading university, with at least 5 years relevant professional experience in a role concentrating on Business Management, Client On-boarding/Services, Middle Office and/or Project and Change Management.
- You preferably have good product knowledge (FX/Rates/Bonds) and good working knowledge of the investment banking industry.
- You will be pro-active, independent and ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines (data analysis skills a must).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at various levels to influence cooperation and to present ideas and strategy
