The Client:
The client is a leading firm within the financial services / technology space and are a provider within a leading trading platform. They are seeking candidates to join their expanding corporate development / MA team to assist in the company's strategic internal acquisitions and divestures. This a good opportunity to move into a strategy focused position and candidates are given the opportunity to move into other functions within the firm at later point sin their career.
Your experience:
- 5 - 10 years experience in investment banking / corporate finance / MA from a leading firm
- industry transaction experience within FIG, financial services, technology
- strong financial modelling skills and communication skills
- highly interested within internal / strategic MA positions with a long-term view for career progression
