The Role
Reporting to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for all debt capital market activities through bond issuance and loan borrowing, and also manage and develop good relationships with the bankers in Singapore. You will assist to source and evaluate investment opportunities, and lead and supervise due diligence activities. You will provide advice to various business units' projects on funding strategies.
To succeed, you should be a self starter with at least 10 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with raising debts via bilateral loan / syndicated loan or medium term notes across the region. You should have knowledge of hedging products and strong financial modelling skills.
