VP, Corporate Finance recruitment

Responsibilities:

- Manage corporate projects, advise business units relating to equity fund raisings, debt financing and acquisitions of companies and businesses

- Manage key transaction work streams including direct liaison with financial advisers, key stakeholders and external consultants

- Develop valuation, financial and strategic analysis and build and/or review financial models to support investment opportunities

- Manage due diligence and documentation process

- Advise business units’ project in relation to financing and funding strategies

- Advise and participate in project evaluation (valuation) to improve or deliver efficient cost of capital structure

- Develop effective financial risk management system in conjunction with effective business continuity investment and risk mitigation

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Finance, preferably with Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

- Familiar with raising debts via bilateral loan / syndicated loan or medium term notes across the region

- Experience in or have knowledge of hedging products (i.e. currency forward contracts or options)

- Well developed valuation, financial analysis and modeling skills, including the ability to develop a financial model from scratch

- Good exposure to relevant transactions through Equity or Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking

- An understanding of business fundamentals: strategies, operating models, functions and macroeconomics

- Able to logically structure a deliverable / storyboard

- Previous experience of working with senior management, coupled with credibility and gravitas essential to negotiate and influence at senior level is essential

- Possess an enquiring mind and a proactive interest in the Capital Markets

- Strong project management and communications skills

- IPO execution experience in the region will be highly regarded
