Our client is an international banking group with full banking services in Corporate Banking and Transaction Banking. With an established brand in the Transaction Banking business, it is seeking ways to further penetrate into new clients and new markets with new product offerings. As part of continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cash Trade Sales within the Transaction Banking area, based in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Head of Treasury Sales team, you will be responsible for driving Cash Management, Trade Finance Supply Chain Solutions services to the Multi-National Corporates (MNC) and Local Large Corporates client sector. You will manage a portfolio of major clients, developing sales plans and execute account plans for these clients. You will aim to grow the portfolio through effective account management, planning, product strategies implementation and pipeline management. Working closely with Relationship Management, Client Servicing and Product Management teams, you will identify new opportunities and help grow market share and maintain existing businesses and clients. You will also have responsibilities in sales related tasks and conducting / documenting KYC due diligence. The bank offers a diverse product range and efficient operational support and technology platform to its clients.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Sales or Relationship Management roles focusing on Corporates segment within Transaction Banking / Corporate Banking
- Strong knowledge of Cash Management, Trade Finance products, Supply Chain Solutions
- Demonstrated ability in managing and closing complex sales deals
- Knowledge of credit processes and product pricing
- Local, China and Regional knowledge would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
